This years Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development Top Gun Class was quite near and dear to us here at Pulp+Wire. With three clients in this class we felt quite honored to also be included in the pitch night panel among our esteemed colleagues and peers. With Bixby & Co who is just, this week, launching their new brand and packaging nationally, to Maine Original Tea (Finest Kind) working with us on an AMAZING rebrand for their mixers and modifiers, to Redd Energy Bar whom we worked with a year ago to help streamline their packaging and messaging; we feel like proud brand parents watching out kids grow to market. Thank you MCED for continuing to work with us, and helping to foster and grow such incredible maine brands and businesses
“Among the graduates representing 20 companies that completed Top Gun this year. In early June, 12 companies presented elevator pitches, which summarized their market and strategy and often included requests for funding or additional guidance, at an event at the University of Southern Maine. Each received feedback from panelists including Gena Canning, managing partner of Pine Street Trading; Taja Dockendorf, owner and brand strategist at Pulp+Wire; Luke Livingston, founder of Baxter Brewing; Robert Martin, president of Maine Technology Institute; and Chris Pasko, senior managing director/global head of technology advisory for Blackstone Advisory Partners.”
